Effective Date: August 2026

At Muhammad Tariq & Brothers ("MTB", "we", "our", or "us"), accessible from muhammadtariqandbrothers.com, safeguarding your privacy is of paramount importance to us. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information we collect, how it is utilized, and the steps we take to protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Because we operate as a direct-inquiry luxury boutique and custom atelier rather than a standard automated checkout store, we collect information you voluntarily provide to us when you contact our concierge, submit a price inquiry, or communicate via WhatsApp/phone.

  • Personal identification details (such as your full name, email address, and phone number).
  • Specific product interests, SKU preferences, and custom commission specifications.
  • Direct communication records via email, call logs, or WhatsApp messaging.

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the information we gather exclusively to facilitate high-end client service and operational excellence, including:

  • Responding to custom price inquiries and scheduling showroom consultations.
  • Providing tailored updates regarding bespoke jewelry fabrication and order updates.
  • Maintaining secure internal records for authentication and warranty purposes.

3. Security of Your Data

We implement stringent technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your trust is our most valuable asset.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted partners who assist us in operating our website or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
